How was your night out at Imperial Casino and the pokies floor?
Good on ya for getting there. Nothing beats an actual floor, the hum of the pokies, a cashout at the cage you can hold in your hand. Turned NZ$50 into a couple of grand on the old-school grind back in the day at a place like that, and staff taking the time with first timers is rare, enjoy it 😉
Took the missus through one similar up north a while back and the cage cashout is exactly why I rate a physical floor, no waiting on pending states 😭 As for staff explaining minimums to new punters, that alone would get me back through the door 🔥 Did the pokies floor itself pay for your night or was it the tables that carried you?
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Ha, total noob here so my night was more about soaking it in than winning 😅 First time seeing table minimums explained without any fuss though, staff were lovely. The cage cashout felt unreal compared to what I'm used to.
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Backed NapierMad on this one, walked out of my last floor session with the cash in hand and no pending anything. Staff walking new punters through minimums is how you get repeat custom, plain and simple 🎰

@AlmostHadIt_FC69 cash in the hand at the cage beats anything a screen shows you, always will. Same here last Friday, cleared the wagering on my session budget and walked out with actual notes instead of leaving it on the floor. Nearly got greedy at one of those big pokies near the entrance but banked it and left.
And yeah, staff explaining the minimums upfront matters more than people think. I remember my first time there blowing half my stash before I clocked the bet per spin on the machines I was sitting at. Would've lasted three times as long if someone had said it to my face. Anyone rate the food up there btw? Was hanging out for something after my session and gave it a miss, wondering if it's worth staying for next time 🎰
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Makes sense that walking out with cash in hand feels better than a digital transfer. It’s definitely a different vibe when you’re there, watching the crowd spin the reels. The cage payout feeling real is the main thing, though, you know, before anyone starts talking about massive wins.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.
Saw loads of regulars down there, proper mixed crowd. Could tell the energy was high near those big pokies machines.

A good spot, that. Seems like the buzz and having the floor buzzing is half the fun, seeing that mix of faces out there. It’s proper good when the staff are handy enough to explain the min bets straight away, takes the worry out of walking in. The fact you can just walk out with cash in hand, no fancy app needed, still feels real. ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
