Came across this while I'm going through my own first withdrawal, so this hits a bit close 😅 What exactly did you send them. They've been sitting on my KYC uploads too and support just keeps saying "under review" every few days. And if there's no NZ regulator to complain to since it's offshore, do we just keep chasing them by email until they crack? 🤔

"Under review" for days on end is their favourite trick, had the same during a cashout last year. Sent passport, a power bill and a screenshot of the deposit source, then chased them every second day until it magically cleared. Real pain is there's no NZ regulator to escalate to while offshore sites sit in limbo, so all you can do is nag support relentlessly 😭

I'd want to see a cashout screenshot before calling any of this "magically cleared", because a KYC stall that lasts long enough usually ends with the withdrawal quietly bounced back to the deposit method. Did yours actually land in the end?
