My checklist starts and ends with one thing: withdrawal proof or it didn't happen - cashout screenshots with timestamps from actual Kiwi players, and check the blacklist first. Until the local licensing regime actually lands, these offshore sites have nobody here to answer to if they stiff you on a payout.

No dumb question at all 😄 Basically a blacklist is just a list of casinos players and review sites have flagged for bad behaviour, stiffing people on withdrawals, bogus bonus terms, that sort of thing. There's no official government list, it's community and reviewer made, so check a few different ones before you trust any single page.
On All Slots specifically I'd say be careful with the offshore angle, they take Kiwis, but we don't have local licensing sorted yet, so if something goes wrong there's no NZ regulator to complain to. Ask around here for actual cashout screenshots from locals first, that's worth more than any rating page imo 🎰
