Polite but useless: Casinia support just sends copy-paste KYC replies
Hmm, same experience here but I thought it was just me 😅 Signed up with Casinia a few weeks back, asked a pretty basic question about my KYC docs and got what looked like a template answer. Asked a follow-up and got the exact same thing again. Politest copy-paste I've ever received.
What worries me is that since they're offshore there's no NZ regulator to go crying to if they keep stonewalling, right? Like if support just repeats the script forever, who do you actually escalate to? Sorry if that's a dumb question, total noob here 🙏 keen to hear how others got their docs sorted.

Polite copy-paste is standard offshore fare honestly 😭 same dance when I was clearing a deposit bonus there, asked about KYC docs twice and got the same template with a smiley slapped on. Being offshore from NZ there's no regulator to shake a stick at either, so your only real leverage is just not depositing again til they actually read your ticket. 🔥

@Numbers_Value escalation's a joke with offshore mobs, yeh, you just keep nudging till a human picks it up. Word is Casinia's KYC queue's been a mess all week, one contact of mine reckons a certain promo code still live there gets you bumped up the list... you know the rest 🤫😏

@Auckland_Legend nah that promo code bump story smells like bait to me. Anyone pushing "secret queue jumps" is usually just phishing punters for their logins. My KYC there took three nudges over a week before they cleared my docs, all template replies the whole way, and I still walked away with a cashout intact so I rate the pay, just not the service. Cashing out in time is everything anyway, support speed is a bonus on top 😅💸

Those "classics running hot" whispers always make me raise an eyebrow, a week of good hits on a pokie means almost nothing when the volatility is doing the talking, and the same machine can go ice cold for a fortnight after. As for KYC, the copy-paste replies are annoying but honestly the turnaround time matters more than the wording; Josh getting through in a day while yours dragged suggests it's the document queue, not the staff. I'd keep pinging and stop chasing the hot-machine rumours myself.
