Chur for asking this cos it's actually a good question 😅 Basically when there's no local regulator, there's no NZ official you can lodge a complaint with if a withdrawal gets stuck - you're pretty much left dealing with the casino's own support and hoping they sort it. Like, if All Slots froze my cashout tomorrow I couldn't ring anyone in Wellington and go "oi, sort these guys out". That's the trade-off with offshore sites.
