Honestly this is good to read because I deposited there recently and was wondering the same 😅. Only contacted them once about a bonus question and got that same generic reply that ignored half my message. Figured I just phrased it badly, but sounds like it's their standard move?

@Queenstown yes, they'll want ID before any payout, passport or licence, sometimes a utility bill. Send it clean the first time, saves weeks. And don't relax till the money's in your account.
