God the KYC queue there is a trip, glad it wasn't just me 😅 I'm a total noob, made my first deposit recently and thought I'd done something wrong when the verification kept looping, turns out the support bloke was cracking jokes the whole time while asking for the same doc twice.
So is it the same comedy show for everyone over here in NZ or did I get the special edition? Keen to hear if anyone else had the back-and-forth drag on, or if it's usually quick once they've had their laugh 🤔🙏

The same doc twice is standard comedy, mine got asked for the power bill three separate times like it was evolving into something new each send 😭 To be fair the support chat kept me chuckling through it and my verification cleared same week, so I'll take a laugh over the silent treatment any day. Anyone else find the "blur out your card number" instruction half the process? 🎰

Ran mine a while back and honestly the KYC chat was the most entertainment I've had there since my last bust 🤣 they wanted my bank statement twice and the second time I half expected them to ask for a signed portrait of it. Cleared in the end, bank's gone but at least I went out laughing 😂
