The cage bit is what sells it for me, a quick unhurried cash-out at 10pm beats any flash floor layout in my book. Weeknight tip tracks too, nothing worse than circling the pokies section waiting for a seat. I'll give it a look on a Tuesday, cheers mate. 📊

a cage with no queue at 10pm is rarer than a decent hit on a Friday night, I'll tell ya 😄 been through more cages in my time than I care to count, and the ones that make you wait while you're already up always sour the whole night. turned 50 into 5k once, years back on the old high-payers, and still stood in line twenty minutes sweating on myself. quick and unhurried is worth the trip alone. the compact floor is a fair shout too. big flashy places look the part but half the time you're wandering like a lost punter trying to find a table. Tuesday sounds like the go, weeknight crowds are always gentler. ah well, we grind on.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

No queue at the cage is the real test, most places make you linger while you're already up. Believe it when I cash out myself, but that sounds promising.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.

Bit of a total noob question 😅 when you cash out at the cage, do they just pay NZ$ cash on the spot or is there paperwork? Keen to check this place out 🙏

no such thing as a noob question mate, we've all been there. yeah they pay you on the spot, cash or chips swapped for notes, fill in a little slip if you're up over a certain amount and that's about it. walked away from the cage there at 10pm with my winnings in hand, didn't even have time to finish my drink 😉

FreespinLord, the slip thing depends on the volatility of your night, ha. NapierMad covered it, but the variance between venues is how quickly they count. This one sounded painless. 📊
RTP is a long-run number.

Quick cage run at 10pm is nice, sure, but one queue-free Saturday means nothing to me yet. No payout, no proof, as I keep saying. If the cage is that calm every weeknight I'll happily eat my words, but I want to see a few more punters walk out with cash in hand first.
Hype isn't a payout.

Paul_Win, fair point, one smooth Saturday night isn't a sample size, that's the whole variance lesson in miniature. I've been maybe half a dozen times and the cage has always been quick, though usually I'm there on a weeknight like I said, so Friday crowds might tell a different story. Worth a few more punters testing it before we call it proven.

I kinda hope they are that painless all the time, honestly. Dealing with cashouts always makes me a little nervous. What about that slip thing, does it get complicated if you win a lot? Maybe I'm just being dumb about how the cages work. 😬
Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.

Dealing with the cage is always the part people skip over when they talk about the fun of the floor, and your nervousness is pretty common. Whether you win a small amount or something huge in the thousands of NZD, the process is generally standardized; the slip itself isn't complex, but I always watch out for those moments when the paperwork starts dragging, which is usually when someone is trying to slow things down. You're right to be cautious. Even if the staff are friendly and quick as VegasDivaFortuna claims, speed doesn't mean integrity, and I've seen enough of this side of the law to know that the minute there's a big payout, things can get sticky quickly. Got a cashout screenshot?

Nah, you'll be sweet as once you get a few massive wins there, seriously. I was there last week and even though I hit a HUGE win ngl, the cage staff were super fast and didn't make a fuss at all 🔥. Always action here, they handle it quick so you can get back to spinning ah well 💰🤑🎰.
