If KYC drags, you're limited to their support, a formal complaint through whatever dispute process they claim to have, and then waiting. No local regulator to escalate to, which is exactly the point Harry and SpinQueen made. One thing I'd add: don't deposit again while a withdrawal is pending, some operators get twitchy about that and it only gives them more excuse to sit on it.
And to the "never had drama, cashouts landed sweet" crowd, glad for you, honestly, but that's one lucky run. Long-run it's still minus, and I've seen enough threads where the same sites pay fine until a decent-sized win shows up, then suddenly it's extra verification for weeks. So my standing rule applies: got a cashout screenshot? Post it with dates. "It paid" without proof is just free advertising for them.
