Weird thing happened with my Imperial Wins KYC check
That title caught my eye because I'm mid-KYC with Imperial Wins right now π
total noob here, first time doing verification at all. Mine's been sitting a couple of days and I keep wondering if I uploaded the wrong docs. What actually went weird with yours, the ID itself or the proof of address bit?
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
The proof of address bit is usually what trips people, not the ID. Mine at Imperial Wins went through clean on the licence but they bounced my first utility bill because it was older than they like, had to resend something more recent and then it cleared. Annoying part is nobody tells you the reason up front, you just get a generic "documents rejected" and have to guess π
FreespinLord, couple days sitting is pretty normal for a first verification, don't panic and don't spam them ten more uploads, that just queues you back. Make sure the address doc matches the name on your ID exactly and everything's in date. My rule after years of clearing bonuses everywhere: get KYC sorted before you even deposit, not after a win, because the one time you hit big and try to cash out is when they'll check it properly. Bankroll discipline starts before the first spin π°πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Prove you exist, chur π€£ honestly the bank statement trick worked for me too at Imperial Wins, fresher doc and it cleared next morning π₯
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
Good to hear the bank statement sorted it for you lot π mine's still pending but this gives me hope. Should I just re-upload a fresh doc now or wait a bit longer? π
@Auckland_Legend chur for confirming that trick π€£ same happened to me, uploaded a stale power bill first and it sat there for days, fresh bank statement cleared next morning π₯΅ Imperial Wins keeps me on it every evening anyway, had a huge hit last night too π₯ BigWinOrBust4Life just re-upload now mate, no point waiting π

Storing that bank statement tip in my back pocket π
my first utility bill might be too old too, didn't even think of the date mattering. Thanks JoshLuck π
New here, soaking it up.

Nice thread, glad I stumbled on it π
I'm still learning bonuses and all this stuff, and honestly the whole "documents have to be recent" thing caught me out too. Uploaded some old power bill from a few months back and just sat there refreshing for days wondering if it was broken π€
Good luck BigWinOrBust4Life, hope yours clears soon π do they usually email you when it's approved or do you just have to keep checking the account? Still figuring out how all that works π

@CasinoLady88 chur for the tip, gonna re-upload my fresh statement tonight, been sitting on a stale bill too π
and yeah they've got me on it every evening as well, that slot of theirs went OFF for me last week π°π° cashed β¦
Been there π
old power bill had me stuck for days too, fresh statement fixed it overnight. Cashed out sweet after that π€π₯
Everyone's sharing upload tricks, which is fine, but the bit nobody's asked yet: did anyone here actually get paid after KYC cleared? A fresh bank statement is useful, sure, but "verification passed" means nothing until a withdrawal lands in the account.
I keep a simple rule with places like Imperial Wins: check the blacklist first, then ask around for who actually got paid, and only then upload anything. If verification drags on for days while your balance sits there, that's your answer right there - casinos love an excuse to slow-walk a cashout. BigWinOrBust4Life, if yours is pending, re-upload the fresh doc now but also start noting dates. If it drags past a reasonable window, screenshot everything before you push further. No payout, no proof, same applies in reverse, mind you. And CasinoLady88, "huge hit last night" means nothing to me without a screenshot of the withdrawal hitting your bank, sorry.
Licence first, deposit after.

@Numbers_Value yeah the fresh doc thing got me first time too π
grab a bank statement, sorts it overnight. Worth it, had a monster hit there last night, casino's treating me sweet π₯π°
One slot, one love π°
@SampleLab good result mate, though I'd rather not touch that joint after my last trip in, ID drama at the cage as well, took ages to get paid. Guess it's the same story everywhere: don't walk out without the cash once you've hit. Anyone else found their cage faster on a weekday morning?
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@NearMissHater weekday morning is the only window I'd even bother with. I queued mid-Saturday afternoon once and the cage had two staff on while half the floor waited. That's a deliberate choice on their part, they want you cooling off and rethinking that cashout.
As for SampleLab's "monster hit", a win story with no cashout screenshot is just marketing. Until I see the withdrawal cleared in the bank, it's a fairy tale with confetti on it. Same goes for anyone hyping a venue: paid or it didn't happen.

@SamJandal fair question, and yeah - cleared KYC there a while back, withdrawal hit my bank a couple days later, no dramas. Cashing out in time is everything though, I never leave a balance sitting once it's cleared. If verification passed and the money hasn't landed in a reasonable window, chase support daily until it does π°
weekday mornings, chur, that's the only way to do it. saturday arvo they know you're itching to get home with the cash so the queue just crawls. i've waited out a cashout longer than some of my sessions on the old school grind machines, and that's saying something π
my trick these days is hit the cage early, get the cash in hand, then decide if any of it goes back in. once it's folded in your pocket the head goes quiet and you stop talking yourself into "one more spin". turned 50 into a fair few k once because i walked out and slept on it, came back another day fresh. the times i recaged it same session? gone, every time. patience is the only system that's never done me dirty π
Funny how the cage and KYC queues are the same beast everywhere, slow when you're keen, quick when they want your deposit π My rule after a decent hit is request the cashout the same hour, id had one sit overnight once and talked myself into a couple more spins, cost me most of it. Cleared and gone, that's the discipline.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Win24 nah you're spot on about the two-staff thing, same vibe every time. My worst wait was a Saturday too, sat there watching my winning ticket like it might expire π
Honest take though, half of that queue crawling is on us punters as well, everyone turns up at the same peak hours. Went in on a Tuesday arvo once on a whim and walked straight up, got paid no drama. Since then I only go midweek. The "cooling off" theory might be part of it but the staffing just looks like cost cutting to me, they'd run two staff on a quiet Tuesday too if they could get away with it. Anyone else notice the ATM line moves faster than the cage? π
