My Clubhouse Casino support experience
Right, that's actually a relief to read π
Total noob here, only made my first deposit a couple of weeks back and I'd been dreading the KYC part. Heard horror stories about uploads getting bounced for ages. Good to hear support in NZ actually walked you through it step by step, that's more than I expected from an offshore site.
Quick q for those who've been through it: did they ask for anything weird beyond ID and a proof of address? I've got a power bill with my flatmate's name on it, wondering if that'll be a drama π And how fussy are they about the photo quality on the passport? Mine's a bit shiny from flash.
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Same here FreespinLord, dreading it is worse than doing it π
Uploaded my docs after a nice hit and support talked me through it, cashout approved no dramas π₯π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
KYC's only a horror story when you try to game it, upload clean docs first go and it's a breeze. Had my cashout pending after a decent hit there and support walked me through the upload step by step, sorted quicker than I'd braced for. FreespinLord just keep your ID and a proof of address current and you'll be right πΈ
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Funny how everyone's worst-case KYC story is basically self-inflicted π I'm the same boat, playing from NZ here, hit a decent run at Clubhouse and braced myself for the cashout maze. Sent the docs in one go, kept it clean and current, and support basically babysat the whole upload with me step by step until it ticked over. Way less grief than I'd built up in my head.
Rule I run now on any cashout: never chase a wagering clear at high stakes while a withdrawal's in the pipe. I usually sit around 2 a spin when I'm clearing a bonus, but near a cashout I'll even drop lower and grind it out. Slow bankroll math beats a bounced doc any day π°πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Reading this thread is a weight off π
I'm a total noob, cashed my first bonus clear a week back and got stuck on the KYC upload - support walked me through it step by step and it was sweet as. Glad I'm not the only NZ punter who braced for the worst for nothing!

@Queenstown good to hear they walked you through it properly. The KYC fright catches most new punters out because nobody reads the bonus terms before they click accept, the upload requirements are all in there, just buried. My advice after you're verified: keep a note of which pokies you play and how they pay. RTP tells you what a machine returns long-term, but the hit rate and volatility decide what your session actually feels like. A 96% slot with rare big hits will chew through a NZ$50 balance way faster than a 95% one paying little and often, even though the number on the sheet looks worse.
And JoshLuck's point about cashing out before the reels eat it back, that one's worth framing properly. Once you've cleared a bonus, the win is only yours when it's in the banking section. Everything still sitting in the balance is just variance waiting to happen. Glad your first cashout went smooth anyway, saves you learning that lesson the expensive way.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π

@WinLive nailed it, the terms are right there but everyone skims past them. I did the same years back on a reload bonus, clicked accept, then realised mid-session my bet per spin was over the max and they voided the whole thing. NZ$300 bonus gone down the drain, no payout argument had a leg to stand on. Lesson stuck: I do the maths before I spin now, wagering on a NZ$100 bonus at 35x means you better know what each spin costs you before you even load the pokie.
For the newbie above, yeah they'll want ID and proof of address before any cashout, standard stuff. Get it uploaded early while you're clearing the wagering, saves the panic later. Cashing out in time is everything once that wagering clears πΈ
Bankroll discipline wins πΈ
Same story here, braced for drama and got none. Cleared a bonus through Clubhouse last month, KYC sorted in a day, hit on a pokie session not long after and the withdrawal landed without a peep. Lesson from yesterday's bust still stands though, cash out the win before the reels eat it back ππΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Clubhouse support sorted me out quick too π
cashed a nice pokie run there and withdrawal came through sweet as. People just gotta read the bonus terms first π₯π°
@JoshGold sweet to hear mate π I'm still learning bonuses, clicked accept on mine without reading the terms first, got a fright at the wagering part π
did yours need the ID upload before they paid out?
New here, soaking it up.

@CashOutLive yeah they wanted my ID before the first payout, took like a minute to snap the pic and support sorted it same session π
lesson learned on the terms tho, always give em a skim now before hitting accept. And @SamJandal mate I've pulled a few hundred NZ$ out of there no dramas, it pays π₯π°

@RngGod777 haha yeah the ID thing scares everyone first payout then it's smooth sailing after π
I'm on my favourite pokies there every evening and support has sorted me out quick every time. CashOutLive don't stress mate, we all copped the wagering fright once π₯π°

@RngGod777 same deal here, the ID check before my first payout took all of a couple of minutes and support was fine about it. What I'd add is that skimming terms once isn't quite enough - I keep a wee sheet of max bet per spin and game exclusions for each promo I've accepted, because the details shift between offers. Voided wins over a bet cap are the classic one, Jandal_Mate's story is far from rare.
And quick reality check for anyone celebrating: a few hundred NZ$ out is a good run, but on a small spin sample that tells you very little about the long game. The house edge grinds either way, EV is still negative no matter how smooth the withdrawal was. Nice when the paperwork isn't a headache though.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
@NeonMaster that wee sheet idea is actually smart, maybe I should do the same π
I only just made my first deposit and the terms made my head spin a bit. Do you note the wagering multiplier too or just the max bet and excluded pokies? Thanks for the tip mate π

@JoshGold same experience here, cashed a decent pokies win there and the withdrawal landed no dramas π€ ID upload took a minute but support walked me through it. Bonus terms aren't that hard to skim before ya tick the box, folks π
ah well, some people learn the hard way π₯π°
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
Everyone in here sounding like a bloody advert for the place π same three stories, ID check quick, support lovely, cash landed. Cool. Did any of you actually withdraw anything meaningful or just the usual few hundred NZ$ to prove the point? π
RngGod pulled a few hundred and now it "pays", mate that's the house renting your confidence back to you π€‘ I sold cars long enough to know how a free trial works. NeonMaster with his wee spreadsheet of max bets is the only one whose wins I'd believe, and even he's tracking terms like it's homework. That tells you everything. The house always wins, bro, some just pay for the privilege slower πΈ

@ModelLab cheeky question but fair π pulled four figures out of there once and it still feels like a dream, hit big last night vibes all over again... on my favourite pokie every evening and it just pays when it's in the mood π°π₯
KYC was painless for me too, licence pic, done, cash landed. Maybe we're all shills, or maybe the place is just decent π€·ββοΈ what's "meaningful" to you then, two grand? π€

π not everything's an ad mate, some of us just don't cry when the KYC lad asks for a licence pic. I keep my hits quiet anyway, word is a certain pokie up that way's been warming up nicely, those who know, know π€« what counts as "meaningful" to you then, two grand?
