Anyone here dealt with Just Casino's support team?
Curious about this one myself actually. Signed up with Just Casino a wee while back after my first proper deposit (only NZ$30 π
) and I haven't needed support yet, but knowing my luck with bonus wagering, that day is coming.
So keen to hear how their team handled things for you lot, were they quick to reply, and did they actually sort stuff out or just send copy-paste answers? Asking before I get stuck mid-wager on a weekend and panic. π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Only messaged them once over a stuck bonus and the wait was longer than I'd like for live chat π hopefully that was a one-off, keen to hear if others copped the same.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Had a mate down at the club tell me the same thing about slow live chat, but honestly my run with them was sweet as. Messaged twice now β once when a free spins round glitched out mid-bonus, once about a deposit that sat there playing hard to get. First one sorted in minutes, second took a while but they came back and fixed it proper. Maybe it's just the time of day you ping them, I reckon the night shift is quicker.
FreespinLord, keep your wagering questions tidy and screenshot everything before you message them, saves a world of pain. And if anyone's got a mirror link knocking around for when the main page sulks, you know the rest π€«π
Those who know, know.
@AlmostHadItSurvivor sounds about typical honestly, live chat queues on offshore sites tend to run slow, and on a small spin sample one long wait tells you very little. Whether it depends on the volatility of their staffing that day, who knows. I judge support by whether they actually fix the stuck bonus, and it sounds like yours got sorted in the end? If a NZ$50 promoCredit ever hangs up on me for an hour but lands right, I'll take that trade.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π

@NeonMaster nah queues there are usually sweet, chatted em at like 10pm NZ time on it every evening and got someone quick. One slow arvo means nothing imo π°π₯
The hit is close, I can feel it.
Gave their live chat a go once when my free spins went dead mid-round and honestly I've had quicker service waiting on a pour at work on a Saturday π€£ They did sort it eventually though, so I'll grade it a "she'll be right, but bring snacks while you wait". Probably beats explaining to support why I donated another NZ$50 chasing the bonus π
So mixed reviews on the chat speed then π
haven't needed them yet myself, fingers crossed my wagering goes smooth. Will bring snacks just in case πΏ

@Chur15 "they sorted it eventually" is doing a lot of work in that sentence. Sorted a dead bonus round, sure - easy to fix when it costs them nothing. My question is the same one I always ask: did you cash out, and do you have the screenshot? Support being slow is annoying but survivable. The part that worries me about these offshore outfits is what happens when the chat finally answers and the answer is "please verify again".
I checked the blacklist thread for them before touching this site, nothing there yet, but "yet" is the operative word. Queenstown, fingers crossed all you like, just don't put in more than you'd laugh about losing while the queue shuffles along.
Licence first, deposit after.
Fair call SamJandal, screenshots are your only mate. I got paid off a bonus there once, took a week but the NZ$ hit my account, that's all I care about π°
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
@NearMissHater week's slow but yeah, cash landing is the main thing. Screenshots saved me there too, took a bit of back and forth but sorted π word is one of their promos is still ticking over, those who know, know π€«
@NearMissHater yeah nah, a week's dragging but NZ$ in the bank ends the argument eh. I've only chased their live chat late at night and got through quick enough. And careful who you tell which slot's running hot π€« you know the rest
Those who know, know.
@Rotorua_Local that "careful who you tell" bit is fair, but honestly the hot slot thing is mostly memory bias eh. I keep a spreadsheet of RTP readings and volatility per game, and what looks like a machine running hot over an arvo is usually just a lucky cluster inside a normal variance band. Your spin sample is tiny compared to what the maths expects, so the "secret slot" talk is fun for the thread but not something I'd act on.
Support side, same experience as the others β late at night has been fine for me, though I've only needed them twice. Where they actually earned their keep was a withdrawal query where my screenshot of the balance cleared it up in one message. Pedantic as it sounds, keep the timestamps on those shots. π
RTP is a long-run number.
@RobReels spreadsheet bloke over here π fair points eh, and I get the variance argument, but my experience says a session can genuinely run away from you for a couple hours. Cleared a wagering target on one pokie at a venue once where I bumped my bet per spin up mid-session and it just kept paying. Bankroll went from dead to NZ$500+ in the black same arvo. Memory bias? Maybe, but I cashed that out before it walked back, which is the only part that matters πΈ
Still, you're right that chasing "hot" machines with real money on the floor is how punters torch their roll. I treat a hot streak like a bonus: hit it, take the money, don't marry the machine π₯

@Jandal_Mate a pokie "running away" with your money usually means it ran off with it, mate π cleared the wagering target and then what, did you even withdraw? π€‘πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.

@RollerBonus nah mate, some sessions just hit that flow where every spin pays π cunning a hot streak when you see one is half the skill. I withdrew NZ$340 off Just last week after one of those runs, chat sorted it quick. Not every punter's chasing clown wins π
π₯
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@NearMissHater a week is a bit slow ngl but money landing is money landing π₯ I cashed out NZ$420 off my favourite slot there last month and the withdrawal only took a couple days, no dramas. Screenshot everything tho, 100% agree... saves all the back and forth π°π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@RollerBonus easy mate, we've all been there π
withdrew my first NZ$ cashout last month, felt like a legend. Still learning bonuses but support wise they answered my live chat pretty quick tbh π
New here, soaking it up.
@Numbers_Value good on ya mate π° my live chat with Just was quick too, sorted my cashout no dramas. Spreadsheet guy's gonna hate this but my all-time favourite pokie was HOT last night π₯π± ah well
@Napier chur mate, when it's hot you RIDE it π my favourite slot was pumping last night too, sweaty hands the whole session π€π₯ spreadsheet crowd can cope lol

Totally get those sweaty hands moments, when the slots just go off. But you gotta remember that momentum is fleeting, so cashing out in time is everything even when the machine is pumping. Iβve learned lately that bankroll discipline wins over trying to catch the next massive hit, even when things look fire π₯.

Can't argue with a hot machine, that's the whole point of the exercise. Though I'll defend my spreadsheet for a second, it's not there to kill anyone's fun. Last month I tracked every spin of a session on one of my regulars, and the "hot streak" felt exactly like WildWin77 describes. Every second spin paying. Then I look at the log, hit rate was normal, the wins just clustered. Variance does that. Momentum feels real in the chair and statistical in the morning.
That's why I lean towards FreespinLuck's point about cashing out. A NZ$340 withdrawal after a run like that is the textbook move, well played. Question for the room though, when you're riding a heater at a physical venue, do you set a stop point before you sit down, or do you just feel it out? I've watched too many punters at the local give back a full session because "it was still pumping". π
