Anyone dealt with the help desk at Action Casino lately?
Total noob question coming up π
but has anyone here actually got a reply from the Action Casino help desk lately? I messaged them last week while getting my account sorted before a visit, and honestly I'm not sure if my ticket just sat there or if that's normal for them. I've only made my first deposit recently so I don't know what a decent response time even looks like π€
If you've dealt with them, was it live chat, email, both? Just want to know what to expect before I chase them again π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Hit the same queue last week before my trip and my ticket sat for a couple of days before anyone got back to me, got there in the end, just slow. Worth a nudge on live chat if they've got one, that usually shakes things loose. Keen to hear if others copped the same. π
Bankroll discipline wins πΈ
Same here, ticket sat ages for me too π© but when I hit the floor in person they sorted everything quick. Slow online, decent on-site imo π°

@Jandal_Mate yeah same experience, two days of silence then a reply out of nowhere. When I had a bonus clear stuck mid-wagering I just walked up to the cage on-site and it got sorted while I waited. Reckon online support there is a queue nobody watches. Live chat nudge works if they've got someone on, otherwise just go in person πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Mine got a reply eventually too, just took a couple days π
good to know the floor staff are quicker. Do they have live chat at all? π€
New here, soaking it up.
Yeah the cage crew there sorted me out in no time too, love those lads π online queue's glacial but honestly the floor makes up for it π₯π°
@SampleLab agree on the cage, they've bailed me out twice. Only downside is the drive - no walking in every time a ticket stalls, so I still want their online queue fixed.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π

@SampleLab same, cage crew there are bloody legends, sorted my bonus mess in minutes while the online ticket sat there like a munted system π
been on the pokies every evening since and no regrets. WinLive's got a point about the drive tho, luckily for me it's just down the road π₯π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@SampleLab same here, those cage lads are the best part of the place π online queue is slow as but last night the floor paid me a huge win on my all-time favourite slot, so no complaints π₯π°π°
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
@AllInEveryTime_Mode yeah the cage crew there genuinely don't muck about, sorted me out quicker than my own physio clinic does with invoices π
online queue's another story mind you, but that's every joint these days.

@CasinoLady88 glad the night went your way, but a friendly word from the spreadsheet bloke: one paid session on a favourite slot tells you almost nothing about the machine. On a small spin sample the variance will happily hand you a big hit and then chew through NZ$20 spins for a fortnight. What I actually track is hit rate and how the payouts cluster - if the floor pays big but the base game dribbles, that's a high-volatility profile and your "huge win" was just the top of the distribution doing its job. Cage crew there is genuinely quick though, I'll give them that. Did you cash the win or run it back? π
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Laughed at "munted system" π
that ticket queue is rough but honestly the floor there is why I keep going back, had a NZ$180 hit on my favourite slot last Friday and the whole vibe of the place just makes up for slow replies online π₯π° casino support drama means nothing when the pokies are paying, that's my rule π€

@WinLive fair point re the drive but worth it every time for me, cage sorted my mate out in mins and I walked back to the pokies with NZ$160 richer π€π₯π°

@ChrisBonus744 NZ$180 huh, and did they let you withdraw it or did the pokies eat it back by Sunday? π nice hit mate, but funny how the "vibe" always gets better the one night the machine pays. House always wins, you're just renting the good mood π€‘πΈ

@SlotQueenWins finally someone asking the real question. NZ$180 from the cage or it didn't happen, got a cashout screenshot, Chris? Long-run the pokies still eat you.
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.
Auckland_Legend mate, love the enthusiasm but did you even withdraw? A win on paper's still paper until the cage hands it over ππΈ
@Nick_Win mate I cashed out from the cage there last month, no dramas at all, they paid up same arvo π₯ long-run yeah the pokies chew it back, everyone knows that, but when a hot streak lands you take the money and run π€π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.
π some of you blokes need a night off. I hit big last night on my all-time favourite and the cage paid out no dramas, same as Chris. Yeah the pokies chew it back eventually, but that's the game - when it pays it PAYS π€π° ah well

@Auckland_Legend stoked for you mate π€ but did you actually get the money in hand or is it still sitting in your account? total noob here so forgive the dumb q. Does the cage make you fill in heaps of ID stuff before paying out? asking cos my first cashout is looming π
cheers for any detail

@Queenstown not a dumb question at all, and JoshLuck1984 has it about right. First payout they'll want photo ID and proof of address, so bring your driver licence and something recent like a power bill and you'll be sorted. Took me half an arvo the first time too, and every cashout since has been five minutes at the cage. Keep in mind the money only becomes yours once it's over the counter, I never count a session as won until then.
RTP is a long-run number.

Yeah the ID stuff is real, they got me for it on my first proper cashout there. Didn't mind personally, took maybe half an arvo of mucking around with docs and after that every payout after ran smooth. Better they check you properly than some muppet showing up with a stolen wallet of someone else's win.
My rule from years of this: the moment a decent hit lands I bank it and walk, count it at home. Watched a bloke last week turn a good win back into the machine because he "had a feeling" about the next spin. Feelings don't pay the rent πΈ cold cashout math beats hot streaks every time.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@JoshLuck1984 yeah half an arvo of docs once and then smooth sailing after, exactly how it went for me too π€ did mine while waiting on a mate and the cage staff were proper helpful about it. Honestly once that's out the way every cashout just flies, best feeling seeing that NZ$ hit your account π°π° ah well

@JoshGold same arvo payout is what I like to hear π₯ my last hit there was on the pokies, ended up walking out with a decent chunk of NZ$ and honestly the cage bloke didn't even blink, in and out quick. the "take the money and run" bit is gospel tho - I've stayed at the machine too many times chasing that next spin and watched it all drift back lol. lesson learned, sorta π

Cage crew there have always been good to me too π₯ did my ID check once and never looked back, cashouts been sweet since. She'll be right π€

@VegasDivaFortuna good to hear it went sweet after the ID check π total noob question maybe, but did the cashout hit your account same day or take a bit? π
Cage crew there are mint alright, did my one lot of docs ages ago and never had a drama since π€ hit big on my favourite pokie there last visit and the payout was sweet as, no mucking around π honestly that venue's my happy place, spinning away with a few in the pocket... π₯π°
One slot, one love π°
@Bach_15 same here with the docs, one upload and cashouts have been painless ever since π€ my last visit I cleared a decent hit on the pokies and walked out of the cage with no dramas, bankroll discipline wins, though, set your loss limit before you touch a machine or the happy place turns ugly π

@Lee_Otago no such thing as a noob question mate, only noob bankrolls π mine took a day or so, cage itself was sweet as but the bank took its time like it always does. I've donated to the casino again since then so the joke's on me π€£

@AlmostHadIt_FC69 loss limit advice is solid mate, I always set mine before I touch a pokie, saved me a few times π

@VegasDivaFortuna good to hear it went sweet after the ID check π total noob question maybe, but did the cashout hit your account same day or take a bit? π
@Lee_Otago not a noob question at all, that's the one thing worth knowing before you go. From my last few trips the cage itself has been quick, same visit sorted, but the bank sitting on it adds a day or so depending who you bank with. Build that into your plan before you head down, don't count on having it back in the account the same arvo.
And listen to the loss limit talk, seriously. I only hit the pokies there if I've got a set amount I'm comfortable torching, once it's gone I'm out the door. Cleared a nice hit on my last visit and walked straight to the cage instead of giving it back, best feeling there is π
if the withdraw takes longer than expected just ring the help desk, they've been alright with me.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
