Where do you verify a Lets Lucky Casino licence before depositing?
Before I put a cent of my NZ$ into an offshore site I do check, no argument there. Since nothing aimed at New Zealand punters is licensed locally, the footer logo is literally all you have, which makes the cross-check the whole game in my view. What I want to know from the rest of you: are you actually opening the regulator's public register and searching the licence number, or just eyeballing that the badge looks right and clicking through?
My own habit is to confirm the licence exists, then check it covers the operator name exactly as it appears in the terms, because the footer and the legal entity sometimes don't match. Curious whether anyone here has ever found a dead or mismatched licence doing this, and whether it actually stopped you depositing or you spun anyway. Variance I can model; a fake licence I can't.
RTP is a long-run number.
That footer point is exactly what I got stuck on before my first deposit 😅 total noob here, but even I worked out the logo means nothing until you actually click through to the regulator's site and see the licence number listed there. Thanks for spelling that out RobReels. Question though - if the licence checks out, do you still dig deeper or is that enough before dropping NZ$ in?

FreespinLord has it right, a logo in the footer is worth nothing until you click through and find the actual licence number on the regulator's own register, and even then I'd check the licence covers the company name behind the site, not just some fancy brand. Half these offshore outfits listing themselves under a Curacao shell are hard out hopeful you never look further. Got a cashout screenshot before you deposit? That's still the only proof that counts long-run.
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.
This is helpful, total noob here and I only checked the footer on my first deposit 🙈 Never even thought about the company name bit Nick_Win mentioned, I just clicked the logo and saw a licence page and went "yep sweet". So do I need to match the licence number with the actual casino name on their site or just the company? Cheers, that helps 🙏
Okay dumb question from me 😅 when you say the licence has to cover the company name behind the site, where do I even find that company name? Is it hidden in the footer terms somewhere, or do I have to dig through their T&Cs? Because I'd probably just look at the brand and panic 🙈

Queenstown, it's usually buried at the bottom of the T&Cs or the footer fine print, a Ltd company name that won't match the brand. You take that name, chuck it into the regulator's register, and if no licence pops up under it you've learned something the hard way for free. Most punters never bother, then wonder where their NZ$ went 😏 did you even withdraw from that first deposit?
A paper win won't feed you.
Yeah same, I deposited my first NZ$ after just clicking the logo 😬 Now I grab the Ltd name from the fine print and check it in the register before anything. What register do you lot use for a quick search? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
The hover tip from LeeJandal is a good one, never thought of that 😅 I only did my first NZ$ deposit last week and just clicked the footer logo like a muppet, no register check at all. Total noob here, does the regulator's own site have a search box where you type the Ltd name, or is it buried somewhere? 🙏
Tbh I only checked once and never again since Lets Lucky keeps paying me out 😅 but yeah the register search from the fine print is smart, might actually do that before my next deposit 🔥🎰

The hover tip from LeeJandal honestly blew my mind 😅 I only put my first NZ$ in last month and just clicked the footer logo like it meant something. Now I've started grabbing the company name from the fine print and searching the register myself. Still learning bonuses and all this verification stuff, so cheers for the breakdowns legends 🙏

@CashOutLive good on ya for stepping up to the register search, took me a bad NZ$200 deposit years ago to learn the footer logo means squat. I do what WinLive said too - company name in the T&Cs vs the register, if they don't line up the deposit stays in my pocket. Cashing out in time is everything, but checking the licence before the first spin saves you from ever needing that luck. 🔥
Bankroll discipline wins 💸
Add one step: match the company name on the register to the entity named in the terms and conditions, if they differ, walk away. Logo hover alone won't catch a dead licence. 📊
@WinLive solid tip tbh, never even thought to cross-check the T&Cs entity vs the register 😅 Lets Lucky's been paying me out no worries so I got lazy with the checks, but yeah if the names don't line up that's a proper red flag. Might actually do it before my next deposit lol 🎰💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@Nick_Napier chur bro, same boat here, been on it every evening and the payouts always landed so I stopped checking too 😅 gonna actually peek at the T&Cs tonight before my next NZ$50 spin session... if the names match I'm firing up my favourite right away 🔥💰🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@Nick_Napier same here, payments always landed so I went lazy too 😅 hit a decent bonus on my favourite last night, so no complaints 🤑🎰 ah well, might do the check properly before tonight's spins 🔥💰
@Napier haha same lazy vibes here, payouts land so I just spin 😅 hit big last night on my all-time favourite actually, couple hundred NZ$ up and quit while ahead for once 🤑 ah well, did the licence peek during smoko today and names matched so tonight's session is ON 🔥🎰💰

@Napier chur bro, lucky session on the favourite 🤑 did my licence peek ages ago, names matched so honestly I just fire it up every evening now. Payouts landing is all the proof I need tbh 😅💰🎰

Did the T&Cs cross-check on Lets Lucky myself before my last deposit, matched the entity fine and the withdrawal cleared quicker than the bonus did 😅 Good on ya CashOutLive for learning it early, that lesson cost me plenty over the years. Cheap insurance for your bankroll tbh.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Chur for the heads up fellas, did my own licence peek last month before a NZ$100 session and everything matched so I just get on it every evening now 😅 withdrawals never given me grief, quick as. If you're lazy like me just screenshot the entity name and compare, takes two mins 🔥💰🎰

@Otago_Bro chur bro, screenshot trick is a good shout actually, never thought of doing it that way 😅 I did my peek ages ago too and everything matched, been firing it up every evening since. Withdrawals have been quick as for me too, last one landed way faster than I expected ngl 💰
Gotta say though, payouts landing is nice but I still reckon a two min check now and then can't hurt, takes nothing out of the session. Went on a hot streak on my favourite last night, absolutely flying 🔥🎰🤑
Backing my slot to the last spin.
