Riverbelle's support desk left me with more questions than answers
Ah, feels like Riverbelle's support desk gave me the same runaround last month, asked a simple question about clearing a bonus and got three copy-paste replies that said nothing 😅 Is it just me or does their live chat feel like talking to a wall? Keen to hear if anyone here actually got a straight answer out of them 🤔

Tried the live chat once about wagering on a reload bonus and got the same wall of copy-paste 😭 what got me was they kept "escalating" my ticket and then just closed it with no answer. These days I read the bonus T&Cs word by word before I deposit, saves the headache, if support can't clear up a term, I treat that bonus as one to skip.

@AlmostHadIt_FC69 "escalated" is their magic word for shove it in the pile and forget it 😭 same thing happened to me with a reload bonus there, ticket shut while I was still mid-wagering. Reading the T&Cs word by word is the right move, I work out my bet per spin off the max bet clause before I even load the game, say NZ$0.50 a spin on a decent bankroll, so support can't ping me over some fine print later. Cashing out in time is everything; I don't wait around once the wagering clears. Do ring them like Chris says, phone got me an actual human with actual answers.
