To be fair to Degencity, one paid cashout does mean more than nothing. Most places fail that test. But one payment is an anecdote. I'd want a few regulars here showing repeated withdrawals over months before I'd call fast KYC anything other than a decent onboarding trick. Check who actually holds their licence too, that's the bit nobody in this thread has mentioned yet.
