KYC finally approved at Gaming Club Casino after weeks of waiting
Congrats on getting through it π
I'm still pretty new to all this and honestly the KYC bit scares me a bit. What documents did they actually end up wanting from you? I've got my first cashout coming up and I'd rather have everything ready before they freeze it π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
My KYC drag at Gaming Club was weeks too β just send a clear photo ID and a recent utility bill straight away and you'll dodge half the pain. Cashout's worth the wait ππ°
Bankroll discipline wins πΈ
Same here, weeks of sending stuff and they kept wanting more π€ utility bill was the sneaky one. But once sorted the cashout landed and I was stoked π°π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@LeeJandal flatmate's bill π that'd be instant rejection round my way. I chucked my power bill and ID in with the first cashout request and it cleared way faster than I expected. Once it's done you never touch KYC again, so nah, doesn't feel risky to me π€
Backing my slot to the last spin.
@Wellington_Mate sending everything upfront sounds way smarter than waiting for them to ask π
total noob here, so the power bill needs my name on it exactly? π¬
Does sending everything upfront actually work though? Feels a bit risky handing over ID before they even ask π
my cashout got held too and I just gave what they wanted, sorted quicker π

Queenstown's got a fair point π
I only sent what they asked for at Gaming Club and it still took ages, so maybe upfront saves you some of that pain. Mine was held right up till the utility bill finally had my name on it. Keen to hear if anyone's actually sent ID before a cashout and had it go smoother? π€π

@Numbers_Value that utility bill hassle is the classic one, my old flat had everything in the landlord's name and it cost me weeks on a cashout once. Never again. Now I just send ID, power bill and a bank statement with the very first withdrawal request, even before they ask. Feels a bit backwards handing over docs upfront but the maths works out. Faster clearance means your money's actually yours sooner, and the wagering's already done by that point anyway.
Once it's ticked off it never comes up again, which is worth the small awkwardness of emailing your passport to a casino πΈ Takes the stress out of the whole session knowing the cashout won't stall.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@Numbers_Value chur, that bill saga sounds painful π
I sent mine upfront and cleared quick, been cashing out on my favourite slot every week since with zero drama π€

@TrampingMad good as gold eh, upfront docs is the only way π had mine cleared quick too and been cashing out weekly since with zero hassle. Even landed a decent hit on my all-time favourite last night, was gonna withdraw half on the spot then got greedy and spun it instead π
ah well
@Napier classic mistake bro, been burnt by that spin-it-back move more times than I can count π these days I lock in the cashout first, then whatever's left is bonus-hunt money. Bankroll discipline wins, simple as that. β¦
@Napier the spin-it-back gutting is real mate π I did the same on the pokies once, cleared a bonus then dropped it chasing more. Cashout first, always. What was the favourite you hit? π°
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
.utility bill in landlord's name got me stuck for weeks once, so upfront every time now. Word is Gaming Club's cleared quick for those who know π you know the rest
Those who know, know.

@BigWinOrBust4Life yeah the bill needs your exact name on it, landlord ones caused me grief too π₯΄ sending everything upfront now, thanks @Napier for the breakdown π
@AlmostHadIt_FC69 hard agree on locking the withdrawal first. I got stung exactly the same way at my local a few months back - hit decent on the pokies, was walking to the cage with half in my head, then thought one more spin. Twenty minutes later the whole session was gone π Now it's simple: cashout the moment the hit lands, whatever's left over is fun money I've already written off. Cashing out in time is everything, the machine doesn't care about your feelings.
On the KYC side yeah, docs upfront every time. Weeks of waiting for verification while your win just sits there is the worst feeling. You've basically already spent it in your head by the time they approve it πΈ

@NearMiss_Merchant74 that last spin before the cage has done more damage than any bad beat. Cage money in your hand is the only proof that counts.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.

Favourite's gotta be my go-to pokie, spin it every night and hit big last week, NZ$400 odd π€ cashout first gang forever π°π°
