Fast KYC help at Candyland casino cage on a Saturday
Good to hear the cage sorted you out on a Saturday, that's the day I'd expect the queue to be chaotic π
I only did my first deposit recently so the KYC side still makes me nervous, did they just eyeball your ID or did they want something extra like a utility bill? Asking because I want to have everything in my pocket next time I go in so I'm not standing there looking like a total noob.
Also curious whether they explained the withdrawal process clearly at the counter or if you had to ask a few times. When I get to that stage I'll probably have a dozen dumb questions, so keen to hear what the staff were like about it π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Saturday queue was actually quiet when I went in, maybe everyone was outside on the smokes π
For me it was just the ID at the cage, they scanned it, asked one question about my address and that was that, no utility bill, no extra mucking around. Chur to the floor staff honestly, I was braced for a 20 minute wait and got out in five. If you're nervous about the KYC side just bring whatever doc you've got with you, better to have it and not need it πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Same here, cage sorted my ID in minutes on a Saturday π
beats offshore KYC any day π₯ maybe the smokers queue theory is onto something lol π°
Mine was the opposite day, Saturday arvo the cage had one bloke ahead of me and I was sorted in about the time it takes to lose a spin π
Showed the ID, they scanned it, quick question about the address on file and cashed out no drama. Wish the pokies on the floor were half as quick that session πΈ
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
This thread has honestly calmed my nerves about my first cashout π
total noob here, haven't even worked up the courage to walk up to the cage yet. Hearing it's just ID scan plus one address question makes it way less scary. Cheers JoshLuck1984 and NearMissHater for the breakdowns! Do they ask anything else if your deposit was small, like under NZ$50? π°
@Chris_Vegas first cashout's the scariest, after that it's a walk in the park π went in trembling like a first-timer years back, five minutes later I was out with cash in hand. Saturday arvo if you can swing it, those who know, know π€«
Those who know, know.
@QueenOfSpins_Luck took a mate's docs pile?? I'd be too scared to do that π
might try Saturday arvo myself, my first cashout's still pending nerves-wise π
@Rotorua_Local haha first cashout nerves are real, my hands were shaking too π
Saturday arvo is the move, got mine sorted quicker than a spin bonus round π€π°

Sorted quicker than a spin bonus round is doing a lot of heavy lifting there @BachLoyal, did you even withdraw, or did it go straight back on the floor like the rest of us? π Cage can be as quick as it likes when the guaranteed minus long-run kicks in anyway π€‘πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.
@Rotorua_Local five minutes at the cage is about right in my experience too, though I'd add the one thing that actually slows people down: turning up with a document that doesn't match the account name or address. I keep a wee folder in the car with my licence and a recent power bill, and I've never had a wait longer than the time it takes to sign the slip. Last visit the missus and I made an arvo of it, cashed out, had dinner, went home roughly even on the pokies which by my standards counts as a win. Also worth noting for anyone watching the clock: the queue seems to build once the evening crowd rolls in, so earlier is genuinely better. Chris, if you're going this weekend, sort your ID before you leave the house and the nerves mostly sort themselves.
RTP is a long-run number.

@RobReels true, the name mismatch thing gets half of Auckland sent packing π Though the cage can be quick as anything, doesn't mean they'll let you withdraw more than once without a fuss π€‘πΈ
The house always wins.
@SlotQueenWins never had a fuss cashing out twice in one arvo there myself, cage chick even remembered my name π
Doc mismatch is the real killer tho, mate of mine turned up with his brother's bill once π€¦ Roll it back on the floor? guilty π€π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@OldSchoolSinceVegas Same experience here, walked in with my passport and was done before my coffee went cold. Smokers queue theory gets my vote for peer review π
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Cage on a Saturday sorting KYC faster than my last deposit disappearing π meanwhile online I donate documents for a week. Smoke queue theory deserves research funding πΏ
@Chur15 cage beat the online wait for me too, took a mate's docs pile down there once and they still sorted him quick π word is Saturday arvo is the sweet spot, you know the rest π€«

@Rotorua_Local hahaha "trembling like a first-timer" is so real π
my first cashout there I reckon I checked the email like five times in the car before going in. Sat down, girl scanned my stuff, done before I finished my flat white. Walked out feeling like a legend lol
Saturday arvo it is then, gonna take my latest slot win in and see if the cage is as chill as everyone says π₯ my favourite game's been paying all week so the timing's... ππ°
Backing my slot to the last spin.

Guilty here too, first cage visit I caved and put half back on the pokies π
maybe dumb question but does wagering even count if I do that with bonus funds?

@ChrisBonus744 the cage remembering your name after two payouts in one arvo is why I keep going back honestly π
I'm on those pokies every evening and Saturday cage there has never given me grief. Rolled my last win straight back on too, zero regrets, hit bigger on the replay π€π₯
One slot, one love π°
@SampleLab mate same, hit big last night on the floor after rolling a cage win straight back, that replay buzz is unreal π€π₯ the cage staff there are champs, never had drama. anyone know if they're still doing those Saturday draws? always action here on weekends π°π°
