Honestly I'd written my KYC off as munted too, so reading this gives me a bit of hope 😅 I deposited there recently and haven't even started verification yet. Yeah they sorted mine too, rang me back same arvo when my power bill got knocked back, was stoked ngl 🤑 No hiccups since and the pokies have been paying, hit big last night on my all-time favourite 🔥 FreespinLord just get onto the docs early like NearMissHater says, saves the stress ah well

Fair call @Win24, receipts do help. My first cashout cleared fine once I got the docs in early, no screenshot needed but I get why you'd want one. Do you ask for proof every time or only big wins? 😅

@NearMissHater same experience here, only difference was I gave up first and they chased ME. Left the docs half-uploaded for a fortnight and some rep rang out of nowhere on a Saturday arvo, sorted the bill issue in ten minutes. Got my NZ$600 out that weekend 😏

@Nick_Napier yep, caving and just uploading the lot early is the only cure, I learned that the hard way years back when a cashout sat so long I nearly gave up on it. Had a good run at the cage once and the docs were already on file, smooth as. Keep that screenshot handy too ah well, we grind on 😉
