Anyone else dealt with Crusino support lately?
Nice to see someone actually sharing the verification side of things before anyone drops money in 😅 I'm still learning bonuses and only made my first deposit recently, so the whole KYC thing gives me a bit of anxiety if I'm honest. I'm in New Zealand too and I was wondering the same - whether they handle NZ players' documents properly or if you get stuck with some random agent who doesn't know what an NZ driver's licence looks like.
Did they ask for much? Like ID and a proof of address, or did they want bank stuff as well? And did support actually reply in decent time or was it one of those "we'll get back to you" situations that drags on for days? Would be keen to hear before I go any deeper 🙏

KYC anxiety is normal, everyone gets it the first time 😅 my rule is simple: get verification sorted before you chase any bonus, because clearing wagering on a dead account with pending docs is the worst feeling. Still no screenshots after all this back-and-forth, which is exactly what I'd want to see before anyone calls this place sorted. Sam's got it right: KYC speed is the easy part, payout speed is where the variance actually lives. Two or three days for docs is fine; two or three weeks for a withdrawal is where the spreadsheet gets a red cell.
I'll add my usual wrinkle though: even a smooth cashout proves less than people think, because your withdrawal sample is tiny. One mate getting paid quick tells me the pipe works, it doesn't tell me the odds of it jamming on a bigger amount. When someone here posts a cashout over a grand with the timestamps visible, that's when I'd get interested. Until then my NZ$ stays in the pocket too, yeah nah.
